J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2010

I originally got told of the offer through a recruiting agency.
Passed a series of online tests, then an interview on-site that consisted of a presentation on a case (preparation time: 1h) then group interview with questions regarding background, skills (challenges of consumer good industry, decentralized organisation, etc). Then I had a final phone interview with managers which was a fairly forward interview (strengths, weaknesses, etc).
My perception of the company: Business oriented but in a casual environment. People-driven and rather open. Care is a key value, and visible in the people as well.

Question 1
What was the most frustrating part of your job (previous experience)?
it was really intense and I felt prepared but wasnt sureexactly what they were watning and I just want to look around. This is unnecessary to let people look at other jobs
Overall a pretty neutral experience. Nothing stood out, we seemed to go over the standard questions and built rapport. It felt comfortable and I could imagine myself working there. I would apply again if a role opened up in my specialty.

Went smoothly and asked alot about the JD, expect you to research on the company and know their mission/purpose! Good to read up more about a specific product (if it is listed in the JD)
