The interview process was pretty good overall. Everyone was nice, professional and looking forward to cooperate with my expertise. But the entire process takes really long. Every time to schedule the next round takes about 1 months.

Applied through the portal. Received a call about a week later to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Spoke with the hiring manager. Flew out on site and had a panel interview about my experience, accomplishments, knowledge, etc. Got an offer for a "non-senior" position because they wanted me to "progress". They also offered a salary lower than what I currently make. lol?
