J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johnson & Johnson en janv. 2013
Entretien
Only got an initial phone interview (mid-January). It was conducted by a Human Resources employee and was purely vetting me for a first cut. The interview went well and I was told to expect a follow-up interview within the next 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I tried to email and call my interviewer and could only leave messages. Finally, in late February I got an email stating that the process was ongoing and I was still being considered. That was the last I would hear until late June when they sent an automated email stating I was no longer being considered. I sort of guessed after 6 months I wasn't getting the job. Really unprofessional all the way around.

Question 1
Only one open-ended question and it concerned my best accomplishment. Very easy, straight-forward initial interview.

I had an interview scheduled at JSM in August, I was reached out by HR in October to inform me about a job opening. After applying, I received an phone call from HR for screening. After 2-3 weeks, I had an interview with someone senior (30 min on my experience in general). After 2-4 weeks, I had another interview (30 presentation) with four senior statisticians. Total is 1 hr. They asked a lot of questions. Final decision was made after 3 weeks (holiday season might caused delay).

The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were ready to answer any questions over multiple calls. The only downside was that the overall process took over 2 months time which is not the best for someone looking for a quick change in job.

Some one-on-one panels with senior managers. One seminar where you present your past research or work. They will mainly judge how you explain Statistics for non-Statisticians. Overall smooth interview process and quick decisions.
