I applied for a summer intern position through the HR website. After about 2 weeks or so, I got a call from the hiring manager. She asked me about my background, current project I am doing and why I am interested in the position. She was particularly interested in my research and asked some details of it. Then she explained me the requirements of the position and told me she will email me the decision. After about 3 days, I got the offer email from her and I accepted it.

The interview was conducted online and recorded, featuring three questions focused on relevant experience, skills, and reasons for being a strong fit for the role, with concise structured responses expected as each question had a maximum time.
