I had two 1 on 1 interviews for Johnson & Johnson consumer packaged goods. They were friendly (especially my first interviewer) but their was a disconnect and it was clear that it wasn't the right fit. Questions: Why CPG?, Very specific behavioral questions (i.e. tell me about a time you had a project with a deadline soon approaching and you had to change your plans to deliver on time. - situations you may not of ever experienced). Feedback was that I didn't communicate so effectively why I would be right for CPG and show a command for the responsibilities in the job.
