Applied for position online and contacted by recruiter through email. Scheduled informal phone interview and was given direct contact number. Called 2x at scheduled time and left voice mail. No return phone call or follow up, very unprofessional.

Great interview, good company easy questions. Just be honest and direct with them and you will be good. Want to know a lot work history and asked multiple questions regarding safety and team work.
Face-to-face meetings and talking. Asked about my experience and if I am willing to work over 60 hours a week for low pay. Met with the manager and supervisor. I weighted for an hour before they met me.

I was first selected for Telephonic interview then next step is to go for personal interview. Once I have cleared personal interview, then they have called me for a walk on production floor that involves cross questioning and my review about work environment
