I applied to the ACAS role last summer. The application-to-interview process took about a month and a half until a JNJ employee reached out to me to set up an interview. Prior to my interview, Prior to my interview, I was provided an assignment to complete (and later present to the interviewer). Fast forward to less than 5 minutes into my presentation during my interview, I was abruptly cut off by the interviewer as he told me straight up that my experiences do not align with the role. He then proceeded to mention that he didn't know why a recruiter felt my experience aligned with the role as they were looking for someone with more of a bioengineer type of background. I was taken aback as 1) the job description did not mention the requirement for that background; and 2) I have a health background (Master's degree) and I applied because I thought it was a teachable role. I've never experienced an interview like this before as I felt it was very unprofessional. Even if my experiences do not align with the role, the interviewer could've at least let me finish my presentation as I spent time researching and putting together my presentation. If fellow JNJ employees present themselves similarly to my interviewer, I'd rather not apply to future opportunities in this company.

A regular phone interview with a few questions. It was nothing super special and the interviewer was clearly trying to get to know me and understand if I was a good fit.

Had one virtual interview that was just recording my answers to 5 questions. Didn't love the format and think it really isn’t a great way to get to know a candidate but that’s just my opinion. I didn’t hear anything and finally a month/6weeks later my application status changed to “no longer being considered”.
