I was invited to complete an on-demand interview via HireVue, where multiple attempts were allowed for each question. Unfortunately, I ran into a technical issue during the first question that prevented me from uploading my second attempt. As a result, I was unable to proceed with the rest of the interview.
I checked HireVue's troubleshooting guide, but I was concerned that closing and reopening the browser might invalidate my interview. Therefore, I wanted to contact J&J regarding this issue. However, there were no contact details provided for the Talent Acquisition Team, which made the process unnecessarily difficult. I had to submit a query through the global services form instead. The global services team responded around two months later, stating they would redirect my case to the recruitment team. By that point, I was no longer expecting a response.
I received an email a week later informing me that I was unsuccessful as my skills did not meet the minimum requirements. Although I understand they likely use standard or default responses and that the application cycle had already moved on, this response was still disappointing given the circumstances, particularly as I had already completed the online assessments and been invited to complete a video interview.
I feel that this entire situation could have been avoided if a contact email had been provided for candidates.

Starting with the automated Aptitude Test which was pretty easy to be honest, also some java coding questions like core and psuedo code, 1 on 1 interview with coding round, java based, easy to medium questions
