After a first CV screening, you start of with a 20 min online video ‘interview’, where you need to answer a few questions and record yourself. In the 2nd round you will be selected for a ‘hiring day’ with +-10 other candidates, where you complete multiple interviews - both technical as motivational - and a group case. In the last round you complete an assessment with a third party, specialized in such matter.

First I had to submit my CV. Then a few days after, I received a request to submit an online interview within four days. The online interview was through HireVue, where you had to reply to 3 questions (enough time to prepare).
