Entretien
The interview was very easy and I felt overprepared, which was better than not prepared at all. I was sent a schedule for the day, even a sheet for reimbursements if I was coming from out of state. I met one-on-one with an HR rep for about 15 minutes and a recruiter for about a half hour, who let me ask any questions I had. The HR rep asked me a few standard questions, what did I know about the company, salary request. The recruiter filled me in on the company benefits, only two weeks' vacation (that was disappointing to hear coming from a position where I have three weeks' in just three years). I met with the supervisor who asked what I knew about the company, and I also met with three senior writers. Overall, no one asked those standard "what are your three disadvantages" or "tell me about a time when you had a conflict" kind of questions. They all pretty much let me tell them about myself and my work.

The interview was more like a friendly chat and was followed by a written test. Discussed previous experience and tools used as well as what my ambitions were and my leadership experience.

Entretien
First was a Phone Call Interview with HR. Once successful, you do a Virtual Interview with two hiring managers in the technical communications department. This is a more relaxed interview, and they were very kind. The final round is an on-site interview and a writing test.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: a technical round, a combined technical and written test round, and an HR round. Each interview was conducted efficiently, and the HR team provided all the necessary information throughout the process. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-organized.
