I recently interviewed for the Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) position and had a positive experience overall. The process consisted of three rounds: one technical, one managerial, and one HR, each lasting about 30 minutes. Technical Round: The first round was quite good. The interviewer was kind and understanding. I was asked to explain my current work, and the questions were based on that. They also asked about C#, Selenium, and some coding questions, which were relevant to the role. Managerial Round: The managerial round was clear and straightforward. The manager communicated well and clearly outlined his expectations and my potential responsibilities for the role. The recruiter and HR were polite, enthusiastic, and professional, making for a pleasant onboarding experience. Overall, the interview process was smooth and well-organized. I appreciated the professionalism and clarity from all interviewers.
