Was recommended through someone I knew. Received an email from my current boss asking to come in for an interview. Honestly, My interview was very relaxed. I was super prepped, they didn't ask some of the questions that I prepped for so... eventually I just started talking and trying to convince them to hire me since I really didn't have the qualified experience.
