Just over a week after applying I was asked for an interview with the recruiter. Phone interview was set shortly after that. Interview went well and I was told I was being recommended to the hiring manager for the next interview and should be contacted within 2 weeks to set that up. After 2 weeks of no word I followed up with recruiters and was told it was still in process and a few days later I was declined for the position without ever having the next interview.
