A week later, a 30-min phone discussion with hiring manager, who was hard to read and didn't answer my questions all that well. Then...crickets. I followed up with an email to HR, and got a reply a week later that they're still working on it. Then...more crickets. I followed up 2 weeks later with a phone call to HR, and was told he knew they were anxious to fill the role and that he'd look into it. Then...GHOSTS! Too bad for them; they lost out on the perfect resource.
