Bad experience and process. They kept me on hold for more than 3 months. Imagine if this would have happen to your customers... would you treat them in the same way, despite all challenges that you can have internally I would have at least informed and kept the candidate updated regularly... Not a good impression of the company that is going through significant change, starting with merge and new CEO.

The Hiring Manager/VP's lack of professionalism is evident in the initial intent to offer the role, only to abruptly withdraw the offer and raise unfounded integrity concerns. This stands in stark contrast to the unanimous endorsement of the hiring by all interviewers and the company President. The offer was ultimately rescinded to favor the Hiring Manager/VP's non-Singaporean friend, despite their lack of relevant experience for the position.
