The phone interview and in person interview were professional and timely. I was not offered the job, and frankly I understand. I don't think my goals aligned well with the position. I believe they recognized that as well. Though, I have one big problem with the process. After the in person interview there was zero communication. No returned email or phone calls. Just radio silence and no explanation on why. That seems stinks of a management issue in my opinion.
