I applied online via Monster I think. I was called by the manager on the phone and we did a quick interview. he invited me to come and have a real interview at the office. After that I had another interview with the same person and met a future college and talked to him. the manager made me an offer and I countered and I got almost my counteroffer.

3 rounds with a combination of Teams and in-person. More of a conversation than interview. Liked getting to know the team and learning more about the company. Recruiter was great to work with and smooth process overall.
