Most frustrating use of AI that I’ve experienced (unless someone was available to click a rejection button within 45mins?). This is not about an interview, this is simply about their application process. The following happened under the course of 45mins: 1. I found the job advertisement with a link that redirected to their Workday. 2. I entered details on Workday and submitted. 3. I received a confirmation and their AI bot sent an email as well as a WhatsApp for one simple question below, which could have been part of the application form. 4. I clicked the link and answered. The question is as below. 5. I checked back on Workday and my application changed to “no longer under consideration”. Whoever is reading this, you might like to check whether it is worth your time but I will rather spend my time elsewhere.
