Entretien
I applied by emailing my CV and coverletter to the PI of my interested directly. Then I received reply quickly via email asking what my plan for next few years. I wrote a 1-page statement of interests and got onsite after a week. The onsite lasted for a whole day. I firstly was asked to give a 45min presentation. Then I talked to all lab members 30min each. At lunch I talked to lab technicians. Finally the interview was ended in a bar. I was almost sure that i got the offer. The offer was sent after a week.

Entretien
The interview process was one hour presentation with questions and answers. There was lots of scientific and technical questions. Most of them were regarding what that lab is currently doing.

Entretien
Gave a talk to the lab and other invitees. Met coworkers separately and discussed about their work. Significant was 1:1 discussion. Spoke to coworkers during lunch and dinner as well.
