Applied online. Within two weeks, had two interviews set up. One began with a phone interview, followed by a team interview, and then finally a meeting with the PI. The other consisted of an interview with the PI, very conversational; the PI spoke more than I did. Both interviews were standard. Be prepared with references, they always want them.
