Entretien
I first received an email from the lab after applying through their online portal. My to-be mentor and other supervisor emailed me trying to set up a phone interview time. Typically your application to the lab is sent to all of the departments and they choose to interview you or not based on who they are looking for. I then was able to talk to them on the phone. They were very friendly, asking simply about my past programming experience because it was in fact a programming heavy internship.

There was only one interview, after which I received an offer. The interview was straightforward and to the point. Both behavioral and technical questions were asked, but nothing was overly complex.

It’s a 1 round interview for interns, and it was more technical than behavioral. However, it’s dependent on the group/position you’re applying for. My interviewers were really nice and explained what I would be doing if I was hired.
