J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory en avr. 2011
Entretien
I visited the JHU APL table at the career fair at my university and expressed interest in working for them. They directed me to apply online to the positions I was interested in and about a few weeks later, I received an email from HR their interest in my resume. I scheduled an on-site interview and met with members of the entire group who discussed what projects they were working on, what my career interests were and my internship experiences. Overall, the environment was very collaborative and everyone seemed nice but my coursework was not a complete fit for what they were seeking.

Depends on the group you interview with and the field of work they do. Can be very technical regarding your qualifications.

I flew out and met several section managers and a section lead as well as a program manager. They were all very helpful and I thought the discussions went well.
I was told to get in contact with the section lead and HR in a week if I had not heard back. I received their cards and called after a week. After many, many calls over a month I finally withdrew my applications and left both of them a voicemail.
Really odd experience that left me with a poor impression of the organization.

Recruiters came to campus and I talked to them and handed them my resume. That same night they called me for an interview. Interview felt more like a conversation than an interview. It was easy and the interviewer was really easy to talk to.
