I applied online and received an email asking for an in-person interview almost immediately after. I met the manager at the restaurant a few days after I applied and interview in the dining room – very quick and easy, not intimidating.
We spoke about restaurant experience and how I felt about a fast paced environment. Was more of a personality test than anything. They asked about availability and scheduling conflicts. Pretty standard hostess interview.
