Entretien
I did the online application which took about 2 hours and got an email a week later inviting to a group assessment. In the group assessment there were inky 4 of us, one person hadn't shown up. We had a brief introduction to the history of the company and then were given a scenario of a customer who had an cupboard I mind with certain characteristics, as a group we had to choose which item, out of six that we thought best suited the customers needs. We then had to sell the item to one of the interviewers who acted as the customer. After this we were had separate one-to-one interviews with one of the interviewers, my interviewer was very friendly so she took a lot of pressure off, but I am worried I may have come across as too relaxed because she seemed to have a lot to write and I'm still waiting on a response on whether or not I was successful
