2 part interview, First is a role playing exercise. You are given a list of products and specs and 2 customer profiles and requirements. You have 10 minutes to read the specs following which the interviewer will role play the client. There is not a combination of products that will satisfy either customer so you have to work out the best possible combination. Stage 2 is a standard interview
