first of, i did a 40 minutes online question and answer, i then got invited to group interview which lasted about 30 minutes or so, interview was a bit relaxed and nothing difficult. we were about 20 sitted in groups of 4. each group had a staff listening to their discussion and taking notes.

Interviewer was very freindly and asked questions that felt relevant to the job position. She started off asking me about my education background, and what I was doing now (as I am still a student). We then chatted about the job role and she asked me what I would do in certain scenarios.

online test then group in-person interview, then immediately after one-on-one interview. just testing willingness to speak up and knowledge of services JL provides (gift wrapping, insurance, personal styling, etc) practice standard questions aswell - e.g tell me about yourself, describe a time you came up with a creative solution to a problem, basic stuff
