Interview process similar to everywhere else. Similar questions and interview process to other builders. Exactly what you would expect. They also had other questions included in the process which was new but nothing difficult.
Structured, professional, engaging, and well-organised process with clear expectations; behavioural questions were relevant, interviewers were approachable, and it felt like a fair, two-way conversation assessing both skills and cultural fit.
