First round interview on campus. Then fly to headquarter in Moline to have two flip-flop interviews. Pre-determined interview question, the interviewer literally went over a list of questions on a sheet of paper. All behavior based such as describe a time when you missed deadline, when you work in team, etc. Also asked why John Deere.

Rápido, conciso, tres etapas en general. Aplicar con tu CV - Recibí una llamada telefónica explicativa - Tuve entrevista con quien fue mi manager directo. Posteriormente recibí una llamada de en cuánto tiempo tendrían una respuesta, y a los dos días tuve la propuesta
