I was contacted by HR to interview. The interview was with a manager and co-worker in the group I would be working in. The questions were all behavioral about myself. Fairly laid back and enjoyable.

Very relaxed interview with simple, STAR based questions in a fairly informal setting. This was for a part time student role so the main focus was on classwork, internships, and pre-college experience. However they were mostly interested in how quickly you could learn/absorb information and how hard of a worker you were.

It starts with applying for a position on their website through the job openings portal. If you are a match, a recruiter or hiring manager will reach out to schedule a time for an interview. Mine was over Microsoft Teams with my manager and two other employees. It lasted about 45 minutes.
