One 45 min first round interview on campus, mostly fit based, questions asked from a form... Second round consisted of two on site interviews at Moline with very senior people in the company, one with a senior business leader, one with senior HR person...both interviews were conversation based...the questions were very resume based, and transitions...and fit based situation specific questions
