Telephonic Interview followed by Face to face including model test at facility.
Had telephonic Interview with Manager. Then was called for Face to face interview, where the to and fro freight was reimbursed on selection. At face to face interview, had model test to be given followed by past experience related questions and personal questions.

3. Face to face technical by other Manager ( In depth knowldge check and checks confidence and your recations on various situations)
4. HR round(Kind of formality regarding offer letter, Very reluctant to change offer)

Based on the STAR method. If you know this going in, you will do fine. 3 or four separate interviewers in separate sessions . 4 hours total. Asking "tell me about a time when...." type questions.
