Worst interview I ever attended. The first round with HR was fine but the second round with the hiring managers was a disaster. After a seemingly great half hour where I explicitly said that I'm looking for an opportunity where I can work hard and take the extra mile for the team, they rejected me after a week. When I asked why, they said that we were aligned on the workload of this position and that I wouldn't be a good fit as this role requires long hours. When I said that they had confused me with someone else as I actually said that I'm here to work very hard, it took them 17 days to come back to me with a simple email saying that it wasn't a cultural fit. I regret spending anytime for this interview process and wouldn't recommend the department.
