Had a screening call with the recruiter from Spain and she seemed nice enough. This was followed up by an hour long call with the same person and we progressed to a short call with the UK CEO. I feel the interview went well but they seemed to disappear for 2 weeks. I had to follow up with them repetedly to find out what the outcome was and they said I did'nt make it without giving me any feedback at all
