Es un proceso de varias etapas que requiere seguir los pasos al pie de la letra. Si eres exitoso en la aplicación debes enviar luego un video en el que respondes por que eres increible. La entrevista esta a cargo de un entrevistador que la graba para que luego sea revisada y asi deciden si te contratan. Estan constantemente enviando correos con información de ayuda y asistencia.
