After submitting my resume I was contacted by a Manager from the Corporate Office and she conducted a phone interview with me. After that I was selected for a Face to Face Interview in which I went to the Corporate office for. I interviewed with the HR Manager and the VP of Human Resources. I was then selected for yet another interview with another VP. After that I was offered the position and started the hiring process right away.

The Hiring process for me was a phone interview from a recruiter, followed by an inperson interview with three members of the management team. The interview was about 45 minutes long and there were a lot of situational questions. What would you do if questions. There were several questions about my employment history and the dynamics of my last employers.
