Jive hands out this technical test after you talk to HR. THey ask a light number of behavioral interviewing questions. generally hr just feels you out then get you to look at the test. if you don't do well on the test you'll just get an impersonal rejection. so i'd sugget trying to get an inperson interview without doing the test.

The interview and hiring process was very streamlined; everything from travel and hotel arrangements to getting around the office for 1:1 interviews was very straight forward and required little effort from me. Everyone I met and interviewed with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, even with the usual stress of being in an interview. Kudos to the recruiting team for making it easy, and taking that stress off my shoulders!
