lackluster, and disorganized. They have limited availability, and only provided slots for mornings. They ghosted my initial interview and had no explanations . They also ghosted me for a month which was odd, this is a red flag and I canceled the interview. No wonder their turnover rate is significantly high.

I heard about this Job on Indeed and applied. I sent a follow up email and was asked to go through the interview process. I'm currently on the video interview. It was 6 quick questions asked to get to know us. I'm now waiting on the next step in the process.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you had to work with a difficult employee?
Very easy-going. A lot of situational questions. I thought the interviewer was very nice and attentive. I am not sure why I did not get picked. They gave no feedback at all which was a bit shocking and a little disappointing. Only because they tell you directly to your face that you will get feedback. There was also some incorrect language in the candidate emails: it mentioned my next interview as a "Final" interview which I didn't know if that was true or not. After interview, told there would be another one which I guess was the real final interview with a manager. In total, there may be 3-4 phases of the interview; first a video interview, then facetoface with a recruiter, then I assume a final one with manager. They ask A LOT of questions so just sit back and treat it as a conversation and expect question after question. Video interview about 5 min. Facetoface with recruiter about 20 min. Not long at all. Last one might be!
