The interview was very much like the ones in huge companies with a lot of rounds including case study, aptitude and personality tests. I was interviewed in Jan 2019. One week after the interview my placement head of college received a mail saying I am selected and they will be sending the offer letter in a week. The offer letter never came. And on following up with the HR, nothing but invalid excuses were received. Well I feel grateful today that I did not join a company that is weak ethically and does not know how to keep its word or just plays around with a candidate's career.
the overall interview was easy and less stressful . The process includes one aptitude test and 2 interviews. I've cleared all three rounds and get selected . Reliance jio is a great company.. I am grateful to be a part of the company

I got the call from Reliance Jio after the interview saying "Congratulations you're selected for this position". In one week you'll get the offer letter. But the offer letter never came. And when i called the HR person he told me that we don't have any position for you, consider that you're rejected.
They have a pathetic HR department, very irresponsible and not at professional.
I'll never recommend this company to anyone.
Please hire responsible people and teach them not to play with candidate's emotions...!!!!!
