I found a job post on THIS very website. I applied through Glass door on a Wednesday, and received an email with a formal application attached that Sunday. (The franchise owner holds several stores throughout multiple states, so his response time was really impressive.) I downloaded the application, filled it out and emailed it back to him. I interviewed with him about a week later, and was offered the job the next day. (During my interview with the owner, he stated to me that HE was nervous since he doesn't need to hire very often. Which led me to believe he has a low turnover rate.)
We agreed on a start date. I wrote up my letter of resignation at my (then) current place of employment; giving them 5 weeks notice. I was terminated on the spot. I informed the owner of JJs, and he slid me into my training 3 weeks early so that I would have a paycheck coming in.
Moral of the story, your success and hapiness at JJs depends greatly on who the franchise holder is. My direct bosses are amazing people.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
We just held a normal conversation. The owner was very relaxed. He's just a good old boy with common sense and understanding.
Pretty easy interview i would say. It was straight to the point and i basically got hired right on the spot in a sense. The questions were simple and easy

It was fun and relaxed. They just try to get a feel for who you are as a person and your work ethic. Afterward, the job is described to you in great detail so you know exactly what it is you will be doing.
