I call the shop and asked if they were hiring and the manager told me to came in. The manager are very nice. It was a basic and easy interview. then you get a menu to study then come back in to take the test

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
