I saw an ad for an open-interview opportunity as a Delivery Driver position on Craig's List for Jimmy John's (JJ) Gourmet Sandwiches. Before arriving to the open interview, I had to fill out my application, which was a simple task. Upon arrival, I sat down at a table and waited for two JJ managers to sit down in front of me and conduct the interview, as they were interviewing others before me. Once the interview started I was asked basic questions, such as where I had worked before (this was my first job though, so that was a short topic), what I was currently doing in my life (school, other work, etc.), how I heard about Jimmy John's and what I thought of it, etc. My interview was very basic and only last about 8-10 minutes before they told me that they would be contacting me either later that night or the next day if they wanted to hire me. Later that night I was called and offered the job (yay!).
