I walked in, was given an application and turned that in the same day. Two days later I had an interview, where we talked for a good thirty minutes, joking around a bit. At the end of it I was hired on the spot and two more days later I started work.

They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.
