I was called back pretty quickly. The manager took me back and interviewed me (and by that I mean just went over my application and asked questions about my previous jobs), asked me to come back the next day and I was filling out the paperwork that next day.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
