Going into this interview, I expected the process to be similar to what we normally see which is: no real direct answers to my questions, feeling like there isn't much transparency and at the end, being ghosted if they did not like my interview.
To my surprise, I felt completely comfortable since the first interview and enough to ask 50+ questions without feeling like they would rush me to cut the interview. I also appreciate the amount of follow ups through it all. I have never had such a good/warm experience during an interview process and for once I did not feel lost which felt great.

Entretien
The interview consists of an interview with the HR, where they introduce the opportunity. Then, there is a technical interview, where the recruiter asks the candidate to share their screen and solve a set of challenges, writing some code to solve situations he proposes.
Lastly, he asks some open questions about system design.
After that, the next step is with the client, where it has a conversation with the opportunity manager, tech test with the client team (usually a challenge to solve some problem) and then, a final call with the client's opportunity manager.
