The initial process was a online test on your communication skills, this was followed by a telephone interview and an IT test. Once you have completed and passed these stages you are invited for a Video interview.

Telephone Interview between myself and the recruiter, asked several questions about knowledge of Jet2 and situations which I may have found myself in when dealing with customer enquiries and problems such as thinking on my feet.
