I applied online, which was very convenient, easy and painless! However, I didn't hear back for three months, so I had initially thought I was off the radar. After finally hearing back, though, it was pretty quick from there –– a phone conversation/interview with the team manager, a three-hour interview with a handful of people at the office, a little follow-up from a recruiter, and then an offer! Everyone was super nice, fun, and polite.
