was called in for an interview but according to the mapquest directions the location of the building were very difficult to find. I ended up not getting hired which was fine but I thought the interview process went well so I was surprised not to get the job.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jet

I applied online and was contacted via email by the recruiter. 1st was a phone interview followed by an in person interview with the recruiter the next day. The recruiter was wonderful and talked a lot about the culture of Jet.com and gave me a tour of the office. The recruiter scheduled me for 2nd interview with a supervisor for early the next week. I arrived to my interview the next week, the office receptionist was very friendly and chatted with me while I waited. The interview went great and the recruiter called me later that evening to schedule me a 3rd in person interview with one of managers at another office. This is when things get disorganized and quite frustrating. I arrived to my interview to a dark empty office. No one was there to direct or greet me. I finally found someone who sat me in a conference room to wait while they searched for my interview contact. I guess she was busy, so I interviewed with someone else. The interview felt awkward and completely different than the last two. I tried to stay positive but didn't hear back from anyone for over a week. The recruiter called 2 days after I emailed asking if a decision had been made. He advised me they wanted a 4th in person interview and I needed to resend my resume because they couldn't find it. I had brought a copy of my resume to every person I had met with and when I applied initially online, so at this point I was feeling that I was just getting lost in the shuffle and things are a bit disorganized. I wanted to stick with it and agreed on the final interview. I arrived again to no one at the reception desk so I just had a seat until a manager walked by and asked me if I was here for an interview, luckily he was the one I was to meet with. He advised me he needed to go get my file and we would get started. I waited an additional 20 minutes. I thought he had forgotten about me. Finally he came back and we got started. The interview lasted for 30 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot.
