How did you hear about this position? Sales and Customer Service Describe a time when you successfully sold a product to a hesitant customer. What was your approach? How do you handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with their purchase? What strategies do you use to upsell products or services? Can you give an example of how you have met or exceeded sales targets in the past? How would you approach a customer who is just browsing and seems uninterested in buying anything? Product Knowledge How familiar are you with different types of cameras (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless, point-and-shoot)? What do you know about the latest trends in photography and printing technology?
