I went through 3 separate interviews, 1 on the phone, 2 in person. First interview with the recruiter and the manager, the 2nd was with 2 department managers and then the department Exec. I spoke with 3 managers throughout the process to get a description of the business, and the short term and some long term goals and expectations of a potential hire.
