I met with a recruiter first, who arranged an interview. This was a phone interview, so the director called me and we chatted for about a half an hour. We spent a lot of time talking about PM fundamentals, and my philosophy about applying them.

There were lots of technical PM questions (what is earned value?) and then we conversed a bit in Spanish, since that was a requirement for this job.
